AthleteAXS enables fans globally to financially support athletes through subscriptions and exclusive content access.

AthleteAXS typically retains a 15% platform fee, with approximately 85% paid to athletes after payment processing fees and applicable taxes.


2. Payments

Fans may pay for:

  • exclusive content
  • event or corporate access
  • other supported offerings

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.


3. Athlete Payouts

Athlete earnings:

  • are tracked in an internal wallet
  • are typically paid monthly
  • require identity verification and valid payout details

Athletes are responsible for their own tax obligations in their country of residence.


4. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the billing period unless required otherwise by law.


5. Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • duplicate payments
  • technical errors
  • unauthorised transactions
  • legal obligations

Refunds are assessed case by case.


6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback occurs:
